Gift Card for referring a successful rental of a 2-bedroom, or a $300 Visa Gift Card for
referring a 1-bedroom.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell your family and friends what you enjoy about living in a Skyline Living community. 

They must list your name as the referring tenant when they inquire or apply.

The applicant must be approved and sign a 1-year lease.

Once they’ve lived in the unit for 90 days (3 months) and remain in good standing
(no NSF payments), you’ll receive your Visa gift card.
