BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

A few key steps will ensure a smooth start:

• Tenant insurance is active and proof has been submitted
  • Get a quote from APOLLO, our preferred insurance provider here
• Your move-in date and time are confirmed
• Utilities are set up (if applicable to your property)
• Any required services (internet, cable, etc.) are scheduled for your move-in date

MOVE-IN DAY

Your move-in day should feel straightforward and well-coordinated.
What to expect:

• Key collection – details will be provided in advance
• Elevator booking – may be required (for select properties)
• Loading and parking – instructions will be shared prior to arrival

We recommend arriving within your scheduled window to ensure a smooth transition into your
suite.

YOUR FIRST WEEK

Once you’ve settled in, a few quick checks will help you get fully comfortable:

• Confirm all appliances and fixtures are functioning properly
• Your resident portal access is activated
• Submit any items through the maintenance portal if needed
• Familiarize yourself with waste & recycling areas
• Ensure your mailing address has been updated across all accounts, including
  banking, government services, and delivery providers

PREPARING FOR MOVE-OUT

When the time comes, we aim to make your transition just as seamless.

• Notice to vacate must be submitted in writing 3 months prior to move-out as per the
  New Brunswick Tenancies Act.
• Suites should be returned in clean, well-maintained condition
• Keys and access devices must be returned upon departure

Security deposits are processed in accordance with the
New Brunswick Residential Tenancies Act.
